BLACK FOREST HONEY
Cork, holm-oak and oak trees are all of the same genus (Quercus), and family (Fagaceae) and are found throughout Spain. Amber to dark amber in colour. Floral aroma with a notable and characteristic malt component (toasted cereal). Intense and moderately persistent. Sweet to the taste with slightly bitter notes. Rich in antioxidants and minerals.
As with most dark honeys, it combines well with meats, in moderate quantity and added towards the end of the cooking period to preserve its aromas. Also combines well with nuts.

NATURAL HONEY
It comes from the whole Iberian Peninsula and in particular from the low areas of
the plateau. Its colour can vary between clear to dark amber. It has an intense
and floral aroma. Usually used on, facial masks and hair tonics, also used as a
sweetener in a wide range of products, infusions, soft drinks, fruit juices and for
breakfasts, dairy products, ice creams, fish and meats.

ORANGE HONEY
It comes from Spanish Levant and Andalusia. Very clear amber colour with yellow and straw coloured hues. Its floral aroma has
an intense and persistent citric component, it is sweet with a notable acidic component that tempers its sweetness making it light
and pleasant. Combines very well with mild infusions, fromage frais, pastries, ice creams, and poultry and with fruits such as
oranges, strawberries and raspberries.

ROSEMARY HONEY
It comes from Mediterranean coastline, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla-Leon and Andalusia.Very light color, almost white when crystallized. Delicate, floral aroma that is not very intense and is of variable persistence, sometimes with clear, fruity notes.
Sweet to the taste, sometimes with slightly acidic notes. A delicate honey suited to accompany infusions, soft drinks, yoghurts, fromage frais, fruit, fish and meats.

EUCALYPTUS HONEY
Black Eucaliptus (Eucalyptus camaldulensis) comes from Andalusia and Extremadura and White
Eucaliptus (Eucalyptus globulus) from the Cantabrian Coast. Clear amber color, floral aroma with
marked, very intense and very persistent moist wood component. Sweet to the taste with slightly acidic
and salty notes. Combines well with fish and with white meats as well as with salads and some
flavorsome fruits such as peaches.

MOUNTAIN HONEY
Mediterranean mountains are covered with cork, holm oak and oak trees and in the clearings by
scrubland, broom, heather and labiates such as rosemary and thyme. Amber to dark amber in colour.
A floral aroma dominates. Its sweet flavor is tempered by some salty notes. Like all dark honeys
it combines well with meats in moderate quantity and added towards the end of the cooking period,
as well as with nuts.

ACACIA HONEY
The Robinia pseudoacacia (Acacia) grows mainly in Central Europe and belongs to the family of the Fabaceae or Leguminosae.
Extremely clear, transparent, pale lemon yellow colour. It has a delicate floral aroma that is not very persistent, with floury notes.
It is sweet, very smooth and rounded.
Perfect with yoghurts, fromage frais and aromatic infusions such as camomile, pennyroyal and mint. Used in pastry-making as a
complement to add a delicate touch, or as a substitute for sugar.

HONEY MIXED WITH ROYAL JELLY
Royal Jelly is a 100% natural substance that is secreted by the worker bees and
used as food for the queen bee throughout her life. It accounts for the different
development of the queen bee in comparison with the other bees in the hive.
Because of its composition it is a powerful dietary supplement traditionally used to
improve mental and physical performance.
Royal jelly is rich in, Carbohydrates (sugars amongst others), Proteins (royalisin,
apisimin, apidaecin, abaecin, hymenoptaecin and apalbumin amongst others),

HONEY MIXED WITH PROPOLIS
Green Propolis is a substance made by a certain kind of bees in Brazil from the
resins they collect from the buds of the plant “Baccharis dracunfulifolia”, they
combine with wax and enzymes produced by them. Bees use propolis to protect
and seal the walls of the hive as well as to sterilize it, given its antimicrobial
and antibacterial properties. Green propolis contains flavonoids, typically pinocembrim
and rutinose. Honey with green propolis is 100% natural. Traditionally

This typically Mediterranean honey it´s collected in the area of the Spanish Levante
and is produced by the bees with the nectar of the flowers of Lemon tree.
The color it is very clear amber. Its aroma is tenuous and floral. The taste is sweet
with sometimes clear acidic notes.

Agave syrup is made from the juice extracted
from the pineapple of the agave plant, also
called Maguey, which undergoes a process of
