LADOU, Une Odyssée Gourmande
LADOU started its journey in 2009 under the leadership of Lucie Adou whose vision and determination saw LADOU bringing African traditional and handcrafted food “so-called Attiéké by LADOU” into market. Research allows Attiéké by LADOU to satisfy local and international quality standards requirements. Since interception LADOU has built its business model by maintaining long term relationship with its clients and suppliers and today becomes active supplier within Middle East Organic and Natural Dubai and its product Attieke by LADOU has been registered by Dubai Government. Companies in the GCC region have probably heard about Attiéké (dried semolina made of cassava root, a 100% natural exquisite gourmet providing a healthy nutritional base seasonable in 1001 flavours), or maybe not. That is likewise Quinoa before Rebecca Wood, the American writer introduced the world to quinoa in 1989 with her book "Quinoa Supergrain".
